Our minimum call-out is $150, which covers smaller jobs like setting rodent baits or a flea spray rather than a full general treatment. The exact price depends on the property size, the pests involved, and whether you want a one-off treatment or ongoing cover. Termite and German cockroach work is quoted separately.
Every 10 to 12 months. Kept to that cycle, you should never see a cockroach, because the pests never get a chance to breed and re-establish between visits. Australian regulations mean the products we use are designed to biodegrade, and they begin breaking down at around the 10 to 12 month mark. If you leave a gap in your coverage you have no protection during that gap, which is when an infestation restarts. We can set a reminder so a treatment is never left too long.

German cockroaches in particular require a specialised treatment program and are quoted separately.
