We collect the details you give us when you contact us or book a treatment: your name, phone number, email, suburb or property address, and the details of the pest problem. If you use our online booking system, that provider collects the information needed to schedule your job.
Where website analytics are enabled, we may also collect standard, non-identifying usage data such as the pages visited and the type of device used.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, schedule and carry out treatments, keep service records, and contact you about your job. We do not sell your personal information.
We may send you information relating to a service you have booked. If we ever send wider updates, you can opt out at any time.

We only share your information where it is needed to provide the service, for example with a property manager or tenant you have asked us to liaise with, or with our booking provider, or where we are required to by law.
