Bruin is a family-owned business, not a franchise or a call centre. When you call, you deal with the same local team that turns up to do the work, and that shows in how we treat a property: carefully, honestly, and with the time to do it properly.
We work North Brisbane and the Moreton Bay corridor from our base in Wavell Heights, which keeps us close to the suburbs we service. That local knowledge matters, because the pest pressure is not the same across the area. The older inner-north homes carry termite and spider risk, the humid bayside draws mosquitoes and cockroaches, and the newer Moreton estates see ants and seasonal rodents. We match the treatment to the property rather than running the same spray everywhere.

We identify the pest before we treat, explain what we found in plain terms, and give you a clear price before any work starts. General pest packages include a free service period, so the treated pests are covered if they return.

Andy completed a pest inspection at our property in Brisbane and his knowledge is second to none. He is very friendly and genuine and provided a great service. At the end of the pest inspection, he showed us through his findings and talked through different pest control methods and some things we could do to help lessen the chance of any termites finding the property attractive.
