Prices and package guidance shown on this website are indicative. A firm price is confirmed in writing before any work begins, and may differ if the property or the pest problem turns out to be different from what was described when you enquired.

Where general treatments are shown from $180, that is a starting point for eligible treatments, not a fixed total for every job.

When you book, you are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, including to areas that need treating such as the subfloor where relevant.

If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, or the job is materially different from what was booked, we may need to reschedule or requote.

Work is carried out by licensed, accredited technicians using registered products. General pest packages include a free service period as described at the time of booking; if the treated pests return within that period, we return at no extra charge.

Any warranty attached to an accredited termite management system is set out in writing for that specific job and depends on the system being installed and monitored to its rules.

Please follow the preparation and re-entry advice we give you, and tell us before treatment about young children, pets, fish tanks, or anyone with allergies or sensitivities, so we can plan the treatment safely.

Results can depend on preparation and on conditions at the property that are outside our control, such as ongoing pressure from neighbouring properties.

We carry out our work with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or the cost of doing so. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
