Spring, roughly September to November, is the sweet spot for a general pest treatment in Brisbane. As the days warm up, ants, cockroaches, spiders and mosquitoes come out of their quieter winter pattern and start breeding again. Treating during spring gets ahead of that build-up, knocking down the first wave before populations explode in the heat.

Think of it as prevention rather than reaction. A spring treatment lays down a protective barrier around the home while numbers are still low, so the summer peak is far more manageable.
