Mountain Creek is a family suburb of brick-and-tile homes built mostly through the 1990s and 2000s, wrapped around the creek reserves and walkways that give it its name. Those green corridors are pleasant to walk and useful to pests.
Homes closer to the Buderim slope get the hillside pests, spiders and rodents coming down from the trees. Homes closer to the waterways get the humidity, cockroaches and mosquitoes. Many streets have a bit of both.
Houses at this age are also at the point where their original termite protection has expired, which we see regularly when inspecting in the area.

Cody was great at communicating let know when he going to arrive and was on time. He and Tom did a very through job and went above and beyond. Andy completed a pest inspection at our property in Brisbane and his knowledge is second to none. He is very friendly and genuine and provided a great service. At the end of the pest inspection, he showed us through his findings and talked through different pest control methods and some things we could do to help lessen the chance of any termites finding the property attractive.
