Overview
Birtinya is one of the newest suburbs on the coast. Much of it has been built in the last decade, with townhouses, apartments near the Oceanside precinct and homes around Lake Kawana.
New construction means disturbed soil, fresh landscaping and plenty of ants and spiders looking for new homes. The lake adds moisture, and the hospital and medical centres bring a high number of shift workers who need visits at flexible times.
We focus on protecting new homes early, keeping termite systems intact and fitting treatment around busy working households.

Cody was great at communicating let know when he going to arrive and was on time. He and Tom did a very through job and went above and beyond. They both explained what they were doing every time I asked. Cody fixed a minor drainage issue while on site. I will have no hesitation recommending Bruin to anyone. Andy completed a pest inspection at our property in Brisbane and his knowledge is second to none. He is very friendly and genuine and provided a great service. At the end of the pest inspection, he showed us through his findings and talked through different pest control methods and some things we could do to help lessen the chance of any termites finding the property attractive.
Myself and my husband highly recommend Andy and Sarah, this is our 2nd time using their pest control services and we have had no problems with pests returning until we were due our next yearly service.
